Step 2
Submit Application to eXp Realty
Click on the button below and start the application process with eXp Realty Sponsorship. This step does not mean you have joined eXp, the application and vetting process can take up to a week.
Step 3
Complete the training
Complete the training for the Marketing Booth lead generation system and pass the exam with a 75% or above grade.
Step 4
Resignation to Broker of Record
Once eXp fully approves your application and provides you with the thumbs up you can do the final step of providing your Broker of Record the resignation letter. Click below for a sample letter
Step 5
Welcome to Marketing Booth
You will be onboarded and welcomed by our admin team and your account will be live within 24-48 after you are fully onboarded and the leads will start flowing to your CRM!

Training and Coaching
We provide free training and coaching. Our objective is for you to close more business, what is the point of sending all these leads if a realtor is not trained nor ready to handle the volume?
Unlimited Leads
Our leads are very high quality, they are scrubbed and vetted. We have a team that will call the leads within 15 minutes upon arrival and will keep following up for 30 days until the lead is ready to be transferred over to a realtor.
Call and Text Center
Our leads are scrubbed to ensure the name/email/number are correct, we minimize tire kickers, and do our best to verify if they are working with another agent. Warm transfers are provided, imagine getting calls of buyers and sellers ready to go?
Proprietary Support**
10+ Full time (44 hours per week) dedicated full time virtual assistants supporting you.
The VA's support includes (but not limited too) CMA's, Auto-searches, Matrix, offers, listings, broker loading, CRM (kvcore), etc. **Limited to certain specific markets**
